TEB Forum Vienna 2027: Resilience and Energy Security in CEE is the flagship 2-day & 2-stage annual convening in Vienna for CEE energy security, connecting the five pillars of the energy ecosystem—Policymakers, Industry, Finance, Innovators and Academia—to address the technical, political and economic vulnerabilities exposed by an increasingly volatile geopolitical and climate landscape. The Forum moves beyond risk awareness to operational readiness, featuring dedicated tracks on Grid & Critical Infrastructure Resilience, Cybersecurity & Physical Protection of Energy Systems, Cross-Border Interconnection & Energy Diplomacy, Heat & Cooling Security, Strategic Financing of Resilient Infrastructure, and EU & National Funded Resilience Projects. One stage for discussions and panels, another for innovation, startup pitching and dissemination of EU-funded projects. Day 1 Dive into the resilience of CEE's electricity systems, focusing on grid hardening, cybersecurity and physical protection of critical infrastructure, and cross-border interconnection as a security tool. Including a session with Ministers of Energy on regional cooperation and strategic autonomy. Day 2 Discussing Heat and Cooling security in the CEE region, from strategic reserves and supply diversification to resilient district heating — including a session with representatives of different CEE city capitals, and a Start-Ups in Energy Security pitch section.
